C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This approval relates to the location plan photographs and sheeting specification date stamped the 31st January 2005.

C 3. The roof sheeting shall be coloured 'Wedgwood Blue' in accordance with the submitted colour range details.

I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 57/01 (Delegation of Functions to Director of Planning and Building Control).
