In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 21 January 2005, for the reasons set out below.

Reasons For Refusal:
- There is within the submitted application insufficient information to demonstrate that six flats and adequate parking provision could be satisfactorily accommodated on the site.
NOTE This decision is without prejudice to a further application containing indicative drawings responding to the above reason for refusal.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
