Officer's Report
"Freshfields" is an existing detached house fronting onto the main A1 Peel Road in the heart of Glen Vine. Proposed here are two extensions to the property - a double garage at the rear and a bedroom and dining room at the side. These additions fit comfortably within the plot without adversely affecting the environment or amenities of those properties alongside.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to the alterations and extensions as shown in drawings K021/P/10-03 Rev A received on 8th December, 2004 and K021/P/10-02 Rev B received on 4th January, 2005.
C 3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
N 4. The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
