The site represents the curtilage of an existing detached property situated on the western side of the Ballakilpheric Road. The site presently accommodates the existing dwelling and various outbuildings, including a gargae.
Proposed here is the re-modelling of the internal layout which results in the addition of a small glazed corridor on the rear elevation which is neither publicly visible nor objectionable.
