Dear Sir, Madam,
Port St Mary Commissioners have kindly agreed to sell "The Toilet Block" in Gelling Avenue, Port St Mary to me. I would love to dearly to renovate this delightful building back to its once former glory. In doing so, I would love this property to become my new home for myself and my two little dogs. I met with Mrs. Vanessa Porter, the duty officer several weeks ago who was extremely helpful regarding the change of use, to become residential. She explained the area in which the building resided was residential. She explained a Bus Service with in a short distance would be relevant, which is within a short walk from the building. A lovely sunny area of 5ft x 22ft runs along the rear of the building, which could be ideal for storage, drying washing and for the dust bin. There is a small area to the front of the building which
is made private by a high boundary wall and would make a sitting area for a small table and two chairs.
On visiting the building a number of times I have been able to park outside the building and have noticed several cars have parking permits. There are several Public Car parks nearby with in walking distance to the Toilet Block.
