Officer's Report
It is proposed to convert the existing flat roofed garage to living accommodation and extend the front boundary wall in front of the dwelling to match the existing. The agent has confirmed that the garage is not actually used for parking because it is prone to flooding, hence the extension of the wall.
There is already a hardstanding area which is used by the residents alongside Gordon Lane. Due to this provision and the fact that the highway's Division has not objected the application is considered acceptable.
