The application seeks approval for the erection of conservatory onto the rear of a detached dwelling in Ballaugh. It is proposed that the conservatory will replace an existing conservatory.

I consider the proposal to be relatively modest and unobjectionable. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.
