In pursuance of their powers under the above bylaws the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment hereby PERMIT hoardings to be erected and/or advertisements to be displayed by Brightlife Limited
Retrospective application for the erection of two entrance and two exit signs, at Brightlife Ltd at Ballalheaney Andreas Road Andreas Ramsey IM7 4EN
In accordance with the application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved by the Committee on the 17 December 2004, in compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government (Control of Advertisements) Bylaws 1952:-
- Any advertisements displayed and any land used for the display of advertisements shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Committee.
- Any hoarding or similar structure or any sign, placard, board or device erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a safe condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Committee.
- Any advertisement hoarding shall not be sited or displayed so as to obscure or hinder the ready interpretation of any road traffic sign, railway signal or signal for the control of safety of navigation by water or air, or so as to render hazardous the use of any highway, railway or airfield.
- Before any advertisement is sited or displayed on any land, the permission of the owner of the land, or a person entitled to grant such permission, shall be obtained.
- Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to the submitted documents which are date stamped 1st November 2004.
