Officer's Report
This application relates to a detached bungalow in Laureston Close which is a small residential cul de sac.
The proposal is for a conservatory 4.3m x 4.52m in size to the rear of the house.
The elevation facing number 10 Laureston Close is close to the boundary with this property, but only has high level windows and there will not be a problem of overlooking in this direction. The proposed conservatory will not project further towards the properties to the rear than the existing building line of number 10 and it is set back from the neighbouring property at number 6. The design and location of the proposed conservatory is considered to be acceptable.
