Officer's Report
The dwelling is an end of terrace located on the eastern side of Ballafurt Road. There is a single storey flat roofed store to the rear.
PA 04/1563 proposed a two storey extension on the rear. This was refused because of the adverse impact on the dwelling to the north.
Now proposed is a single-storey extension to the rear and a double height side extension. The windows on the side extension would face a blank wall. The proposed extensions are considered modest and acceptable.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
