The application seeks approval for the erection of a conservatory onto the rear elevation of a detached dwelling in Bride.

Whilst the proposed conservatory is quite long due to its location on the rear of the property I would suggest that it would not be readily visible. Therefore I consider the proposed development is acceptable and recommend that the application be approved.
