In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 17 June 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- A proper spillway/outfall must be constructed at the stream; a detailed plan thereof must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of any works; this plan should be prepared in consultation with the Drainage Division of the Department of Transport.
- Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to drawing number “Arbory/04” which is date-stamped 15th April 2005.

- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
