In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10 December 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to drawing no.s CA02524/01, CA02524/02 and CA02524/03 and the method statement date stamped the 15th October 2004.

1. The Manx Museum and National Trust must be informed of the date of commencement of works and be given access at all reasonable times and reasonable opportunity to inspect the site, observe all excavations and investigate any archaeological features exposed.

1. The works hereby permitted shall be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of the method statement submitted as part of the planning application and date stamped the 15th October 2004.

NOTE During the undertaking of the works the applicant is advised to instigate measures to ensure that there is no risk of run off to the nearby river.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

• the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
• any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.
