In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Ballachrink Estate Trust Proposal: Construction of pump house, laying of water pipe line, siting of header tank, installation of underground electricity cable to pump house and the connection to individual properties at: Field 524694 (County Series 813), And Land At Ballawyllin & Ballachrink East Baldwin Douglas
which was considered on 10 December 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of pipework, header tank and the erection of a pumping chamber all as shown in the plans and diagrams received on 21st October, 2004.
- All pipework laid across agricultural land must be laid at a depth so as not to adversely affect the use of this land for such purposes including ploughing and planting.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
