This application relates to a semi detached bungalow on Cannan Avenue, Kirk Michael.

Permission was given earlier this year for an attic conversion and extension to the side elevation. This application seeks to amend the approved application by slightly extending the dormer and increasing the number of windows within it, and removing a chimney stack to accommodate this.

The alteration has very little impact on the overall appearance of the building. The amount of overlooking will only differ marginally from previously. The proposed alteration is therefore considered acceptable.
