Mount View is sites to east of Four Roads, Port St Mary. It is a two-storey detached property which is visible from the highway.

It is proposed to extend the property by adding a utility room to the rear of the existing kitchen and by extending forward of the front elevation of the dwelling to form a dining room.

The extensions would be single storey and would not be noticeable from the highway.

No neighbouring property would be adversely affected.
