Port St Mary Commissioners having considered the following applications and please note their comments:-
1) PA 04/1722/B – Mrs M Tomaszewska, Primrose House, The Promenade, Port St Mary – Installation of UPVC windows to front Elevation and conversion of lower ground floor to self contained apartment – Approved / No objections.
2) PA 04/1750/B – Mrs Helen Rossetti, Flat 1, Waverley, Victoria Road, Port St Mary – Replacement ground floor window – Approved / No objections.
3) PA 04/1751/B – Admill Investments, 79 High Street, Old Oxted, Surrey – Temporary use of a Port-a-Cabin on site office during reconstruction works – Approved / No objections.
4) PA 04/1790/B – Mr D Parker, Linden Lea, Linden Avenue, Port St Mary – Construction of a conservatory and associated works – Approved / No objections.
5) PA 04/1873/B – Mr Maxwell H Collister, Craig Veg, Fistard – Construction of two storey dwelling and single storey garage – land between Ballavane and Lyndale, Fistard (also note PA 02/0435/A) – Approved subject to a condition that the proposed siting of the house did not compromise the integrity of the Westerly boundary wall and hedge of the site. (Mr J Hall declared an interest in this application and left the meeting).
6) PA 04/1875/B – Mr D Robinson, Mount View, Four Roads, Port St Mary – Single storey extension to side elevation – Approved / No objections.
7) PA 04/1649/B – DHSS – Cushag House, Four Roads, Port St Mary – Conversion to an 8 bed adult learning difficulties unit – Defer any decision until more information regarding the use of the building is provided.
