Officer’s Report

The application seeks approval for the erection of two 4 metre high radio transmitter ariels on the north east elevation of one of the hangars on Jurby Industrial Estate.

I consider the proposal to be unobjectionable as the scale of the ariels in relation to the mass of the hangar is relatively minor. The visual impact of the ariels is very limited. I recommend that the application be approved.
