Officer's Report

The site represents the curtilage of a semi-detached house fronting onto Main Road in Onchan and baking onto a real lane. Previously application was made for the erection of a dwelling in the rear garden and this was refused (PA 02/0504).

Now proposed is the replacement of a door with a window and a window with a door on the side elevation. This will not be seen by the public and there are no objections to it.
