   This approval relates to the demolition of the existing garage and the creation of a lay-by all as shown in drawings reference Ula rev A received on 13th September, 2004 and the site and location plans received on 4th August, 2004.

   Vehicle footway crossing

   The development must include the creation of a vehicle footway crossing across the footway. Note; the applicant should obtain permission from the Operations Section of Department of Transport prior to the undertaking of any works within the highway including the footway.
