Sandstone boundary wall
Along the boundary of the garden area, there must be erected a sandstone wall and this must be completed before the conservatory is available for use. Details of this wall, which must be at least 1 metre in height (excluding coping) must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to its erection on site.
