Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing regarding the above planning applications to place portacabins to the rear of Braddan Memorial hall, to provide storage facilities and or W.C's.
As the neighbour to this property, I am greatly concerned about the placing of such facilities behind the hall as I feel they will be a target for break-ins and vandalism which is already on the increase in and around the village.
I have spoken with Braddan commissioners, outlining my concerns but have had no further response from them in this matter.
If more toilets or storage is needed then I suggest the building of a proper and secure extension to the existing hall which will be secure for both the property and for those living alongside. In my view placing of portacabins at the rear of the memorial hall is totally unsatisfactory.
Yours sincerely, Mrs. H. Kaneen
