Officer’s Report
It is proposed to demolish the disused external toilet block to create additional parking. The loss of the stone outbuildings would not detract from the setting of the building. There is parking space available on site currently; the development would allow a more formal parking arrangement for 12 vehicles.
This is considered acceptable.
