On the 4th March 2005 the Planning Committee resolved to reverse their initial split decision in respect of the refusal of rooflights and gable windows and approve all elements of the planning application. Accordingly, in addition to the initial approval for the conservatory the rooflights and gable windows are approved subject to the following conditions.

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to installation of rooflights and gable windows as shown in drawing no.s 2556/4 rev. A and 2736/1 date stamped the 16th July 2004.
