The application seeks approval for the erection of a two-storey extension on the side of a detached dwelling in Lezayre.

Whilst two-storey the extension is relatively modest in comparison to the scale of the dwelling. I consider the extension to be in keeping with the character of the dwelling and recommend that the application be approved.
