The property is an existing detached bungalow situated in Chapel Close, on the eastern side of Station Road in the centre of Ballaugh.
Proposed here is the installation of 2 rooflighs in the southern (front) elevation and 1 in the rear to facilitate the use of the attic as additional bedrooms. Also proposed is the installation of a pair of patio windows in place of an existing window in the rear elevation.
None of these changes is objectionable
