Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for number of alterations to an existing detached farmhouse in the Andreas. The alterations comprise of the formation of a bay window, the insertion of insert two patio windows, the erection of a canopy over the entrances and the replacement of a flat roof over the garage with a pitched one.

I consider none of these alterations to be objectionable and recommend that the application be approved.
