Re: PA.04/01563/B - Erection of two storey extension to rear elevation at Clerehithe, Ballafurt Road, Port Erin.

The above application was considered by the Commissioners at a meeting held on the 31st August 2004.

I am directed to inform you the Commissioners are opposed as the same is considered unneighbourly development due to the loss of privacy and the overbearing nature of the massing of the extension.
