Application Ref No: 04/01563/B
- The extension, by virtue of its height and size would have a dominating and overshadowing impact on the adjoining property to the north and as such, is not acceptable.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
