1. The site comprises the curtilage of the brewery at Kewaigue.
2. The application proposes new entrance gates, together with new wing walls and gate pillars.
3. The development would be unobjectionable in terms of appearance, and would not affect use of the access in terms of visibility or space to pull off the highway before entering the site.

I see insufficient reason to wait any longer for the Highway Authority.
