- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- This approval relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawing reference 2748/1 and 2748/2 both received on 27th July 2004.
- All vertically proportioned windows must be fitted with timber framed sliding sashes.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
