- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to erection of a portacabin on the site as indicated on the location plan submitted on the 30th July 2004.
- The portacabin must be used as office accommodation only.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
