- The site comprises the curtilage of a semi-detached house on Devonshire Road.
- The application proposed the erection of an attached, flat-roofed garage and utility room. There is an existing detached garage which would be removed.
- The extension would be of rather basic form, but would be set back some 6m behind the front of the house, and would be visible only from directly in front of the site.
- Given the limited visual impact, I suggest approval.
