Ballacurn Mooar is in an elevated position, sited off the southern end of Cobb Lane. The site commands excellent views over Ballaugh, Michael and the north-western coastline.

A sun lounge is proposed to replace the existing conservatory between the house and the converted outbuilding.

This is unobjectionable.
