Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The external finishes must match those of the existing building.
- The windows in the extension must match those in the existing building in all respects; in particular, the windows must be wooden-framed sliding-sashes set on the same reveal and on subcills of the same design.
- Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawings which are numbered 03/DHSS-DH/101, /102, /103, /104, /105, /111 Rev E, /112 Rev E, /113 Rev C, /114 Rev D, and /115, all date stamped 23rd June 2004.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
