Officer’s Report
- The site comprises the curtilage of "Nunnery Mill House", which was originally the Miller's House, and which was until recently known as the Dolls' House.
- The application proposes the erection of a 2-storey extension to the west side of the building. The purpose of this is to provide wheelchair access to a first-floor bathroom.
- The extension would be subordinate to the existing in terms of mass, and sympathetic in form, style, and detail.
- In any case, the building sits below the path level, and there would be only modest visual impact.
