REASONS FOR REFUSAL
Application Ref No: 04/00982/B On Review
- The replacement of the existing garage with a new dwelling would remove an off road parking space and generate a demand for additional car parking, which could not be accommodated on site. Christian Street is part of an important District Distributor Road in the centre of Peel and the proposed development would result in further pressure for on street parking in this area where parking is at a premium.
- This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
