- The proposed replacement door would, by reason of its design and use of materials, detract from the character and appearance of the dwelling within the street scene and Conservation Area in which the dwelling is located.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
