Officer's Report

This application seeks approval to alter a property known and Sefton, Victoria Square, Port Erin. The proposal involves the removal of a defective balcony to the front elevation and its replacement with a bay window, which would match the adjoining property. The balconies on the front elevation of these properties are gradually being replaced and the proposal would also replace a shop front window.

Given the improvement that can be seen in the appearance of the front elevation the adjoining property, it is considered that the proposal is acceptable.
