which was considered on 30 September 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the replacement of the windows with uPVC casements which subdivide each aperture into two equal parts one on top of the other as illustrated in the submitted information and the replacement of the bay windows with ones which replicate the original style of glazing as shown in numbers 10, 20, 22 and 28, Nursery Avenue.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
