Planning permission was granted in May 2003 for the construction of a replacement dwelling at Rose Bank, Rocky Road, Bradda East.

This application seeks approval for the construction of a replacement retaining wall and also a boiler shed. A neighbouring occupier has objected however, it is not considered that the development will impact adversely on the amenities currently enjoyed by occupiers of that dwelling and the proposal is considered to be acceptable.
