- The converted outbuilding must only be used as tourist accommodation that is ancillary to the private residential use of the existing farmhouse.
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
NOTE: Prior to the commencement of works the applicant is advised to consult the Fire Prevention Officer with regard to all aspects of fire safety, including the provision of self-clearing fire resistant doors.
NOTE: This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6)(b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1992.
