- The building may only be used as a car showroom and car repair workshop as shown in the submitted plans.
- This approval will remain valid for a period of 2 years within which time the development must be commenced.
- No approval is granted to the formation of the eastermmost access to the site.
- The workshop may only be used as such between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday inclusive.
- The development must be connected to the main foul sewer with no discharge of surface water to that sewer.
Note: A drainage connection fee will be payable to the Department of Highways, Ports and Properties on this development.
Note: The Chief Fire Officer requires the installation of fire fighting equipment and emergency lighting to his satisfaction.
