Officer's Report
The site is within the conservation Area. It is proposed to install timber framed sliding sash windows, two roof lights and replacement timber framed doors.
The windows and roof lights are acceptable, although the roof light on the front elevation should be heritage style.
No information has been submitted in respect of the door design despite a number of attempts to contact the applicant. It is judged that a planning condition would be appropriate.

C 1 . The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2 . The roof light on the front roof slope must be heritage style. C 3 . The front door must be a painted, timber framed, panelled door. Details of the design must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of works.
