Proposal: Alterations and extension to main dwelling and erection of at: detached garage/store and stables to replace existing sheds Lhergy Farm Cordeman Road St. Marks Ballasalla IM9 3AJ which was considered on 28 June 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 13th April 2004.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The garage building, storage area and stable block may be used for purposes ancillary to the enjoyment of the dwelling house only and not for any commercial or residential purpose.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
