- The site comprises the curtilage of No. 6 Osborne Terrace.
- Within the Conservation Area.
- The application proposes the installation of replacement windows:-
- (a) at the front, wooden-framed sliding sash windows of 12 or 9 pane style; and
- (b) at the rear, wooden-framed side opening casements to the dormer. 4. This appears satisfactory to me, but check with Gary/Steve.

The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

The proposed windows must express the same proportion of framing and glazing bars as those at No. 4; any horns should also be faithfully replicated; all frames must have a paint finish.
