Proposal: Installation of replacement timber sliding sash windows and casement windows to dormer on rear elevation at: $\quad 6$ Osborne Terrace Douglas IM1 3LH which was considered on 29 April 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The proposed windows must express the same proportion of framing and glazing bars as those at No. 4; any horns should also be faithfully replicated; all frames must have a paint finish.
- Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted documents which are date-stamped 15th March 2004.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
