Item For Planning Committee Consideration TO: Secretary of the Planning Committee FROM: Anthony Holmes, Planning Officer DATE: September 2004 PA 04/00176//B - Alterations and extensions to dwelling, Maynrys, Lower Road, Glen Mona, Maughold. The Planning Committee are requested to consider an amended plan submission for the above planning approval. As no objections were received and the proposed development was considered by the Planning Officer to be acceptable the application was previously approved under the delegated authority of the Director of Planning. The differences between the approved development and those put forward by this amended plan submission comprise of the increase in the width of the rear kitchen extension resulting in a change in the roof style and width of the windows. The dwelling is a detached property that is some considerable distance from any neighbouring properties. I consider that the amendment does not introduce anything sufficient to warrant the submission of a new planning application. Therefore, I recommend that the amended plan submission be accepted.
