The site lies on the southern side of Glen Road backing onto Laxey River. The property is one of a terrace of four which is in a courtyard of relatively new buildings.
Proposed here is the occasional use of the property for tourist accommodation as well as for permanent residential as the property was approved. This would accord with the general principle of encouraging tourist accommodation on the Island and there would be no detrimental impacts from this proposal if it were implemented. Indeed there are no objections to it.
