Dear Sir

Re: 04/00288/B, proposed 3 dwellings at the rear of Overdale, Main Road, Glen Vine.

As the owner of Nos. 4,5,6,7,8 Glen Darragh Gardens, Glen Vine, we object to the above application on the following grounds:-

1.) The ground floor levels of the dwellings will be as high as the roofs of the above properties and will invade totally the privacy of these houses.

2.) We already have a storm drainage problem due to the underground streams and run off from higher ground, any soak aways will end up with the extra water coming up in our gardens from underground streams. All the water from the road and hard standing and roofs in a storm will flood our gardens.

3.) The foul drainage will have to be pumped up to the road, if there is any fault then we will be flooded with effluent.
